No 1 attraction for me was Sunset Beach Bar, at Maho Beach at Princess Julliana airport. The place is the coolest spot for all spotters around the world: St Maarten/ St Martin is the only place in the world where you can see airplanes landing soooo close, right above your sunbed. The feeling is unique. And the jetblast is free and strong and dangerous 🙂
2. The island is a paradise: There are 37 beaches to explore on St Maarten/ St Martin-one for every square mile of the island.
All you need is sunscreen, a towel and a camera...( yes, not even clothes, in some areas 🙂
